I created this board at www.minted.com and I just have to say...I kinda love it.
Sunday
Friday
Cream colored ponies and crisp apple streudels...
1. Family
2. A good-fitting pair of jeans cannot be underestimated.
3. My bed (this is not an actual photo of my bed).
4. Design blogs--this is how I start my mornings.
5. Jazz--need I say more?
6. Arbonne Intelligence hand cream, may you rest in peace. So sad that this has been discontinued. It smells delicious and makes your hands feel like silk.
7. Christmastime.
8. Z-Grip Max ball point pen, red.
9. Chick-fil-a coffee and breakfast. Protein makes me feel good in the morning.
10. Sweatpants. Oh, how I love my "sacred blues".
Wednesday
Defective Mirrors
Recently, I have accidentally ripped the mirrors off of both visors in my car. When I say recently, I mean...within a few days of each other. I am chalking it up as faulty mirror attachments. Today, when I looked in my visor mirror, I had a sweet memory of when my husband and I first started dating. He had a small truck (gotta love a boy with a truck) with one default--no visor mirror. I told him that his truck wasn't "girlfriend friendly." The next time he picked me up, a mirror was on the visor. Yep, he was a keeper.
These have been such rainy days, but I can't say that I'm complaining. They make me want to curl up on the couch in over-sized sweatpants (insert: my sacred blues) with some hot cider and a good, good Christmas movie. Christmas List, here we come.

Monday
Ramblings
Fresh. cut. grass. It makes me sneeze, but it makes me smile. Clean lines. It means the weather is good and we have had plentiful rain. It means there is life amidst God's shag carpet.
I feel the need for more variety. I want to paint, sew, work a pottery wheel, and create. I need to let my hair down a little, be barefoot a little. I need to remember that this is how I was made to be.
This is a new discovery about myself: I love to watch Seinfeld with the commentators on. It adds a whole new level to viewing! I watched "Bus Boy" the other day and listened to the actors who played George, Kramer, and Elaine discuss interesting facts and the quirks of the show. Too fun.

"Grass beneath my feet--be greener! You are not your brother's keeper. Nor, his competition."-- Scribblings from my day planner.
Thursday
Love and Mary
My sister bought me this ! :
If you haven't seen it...rent it...and be prepared to laugh your head off.

Friday
Fabric Cravings and Resolutions
I am in a sewing mood. Sew, baby, sew! I want to make aprons, curtains, a bed spread, a roman shade, and a shower curtain. These have been my inspirations*:
Look at these FABRICS!!! Do these make anyone else's heart just jump?!
I have decided a few things that I need to start implementing into my daily activities:
Daily time with God.
Daily exercise--c'mon Jillian Michaels!!!
Wearing my retainers.
Whitening my teeth.
Keeping up with laundry. (I just cleaned the laundry room, so I have a FRESH START!)
(My husband brought me a frappuccino at work the other day. He knows the things that make my heart smile--him and coffee :) .
"Your mercy, O Lord, is in the heavens; Your faithfulness reaches to the clouds. Your righteousness is like the great mountains; Your judgments are a great deep... How precious is Your lovingkindness, O God!" Psalm 36: 5-7
